Excellent work. I love the fingers - very Dr. Seussy-y in that terrifying way. The lighting is well done as well - glowing eyes bring the whole thing together.

I really like the lighting effects; very creepy.
If I may be a bit of a critic, however, the hands' position seems a bit weird; the arms would be very short when taking the head in proportion, and the hands and wrists' positioning. I don't know if this was the desired effect (more ghostly/disembodied), but I thought I'd mention it just in case.
